I , ward of , hereby assure HCLFoundation that I will utilize the scholarship support and opportunities to continue my academic pursuits (for expenses including academic, equipment/utility bill, and coaching fee) to the best of my capability. I shall also give special emphasis towards furthering my growth in a holistic manner.

As I associate with HCLFoundation’s My Scholar initiative, I declare the following:

1. My family’s annual income from all sources is less than INR 3 lakh

2. I am a full-time student enrolled in an academic institution in the year 2025-26. I will work towards improving my academic performance and score a minimum of 60 % in this academic year.

3. I commit to regularly participate in all the My Scholar activities and sessions to enhance my performance. To continue being a part of the My Scholar initiative, I shall be responsive and responsible for engaging with HCLF throughout my candidature, and will be responsive to the updates, calls, and messages sent by the HCLF and Synergie team. I will also exhibit discipline in my participation in the program.

4. I agree to submit all the documents required by HCLF. The documents that I am - or will be - providing are true to my knowledge. I also understand that if I fail to furnish any of the required documents, my candidature would be cancelled.

5. I solemnly declare that I am not convicted in any criminal case. I hereby acknowledge that if I submit or produce any false document, and it is discovered subsequently, my beneficiary status will be deemed disqualified.

6. If I fail to adhere to any of the points mentioned above, HCLF reserves the right to revoke my candidature.
